      • 1.5ml * 0.25 = 0.375 percent tartaric

      • 3.75 g/L = 0.375 * 10

      • 3.34 g/L malic = 3.75 * 0.89

  • Calculate acid adjustment, target 6.0 g/L

    • 2.66 g/L = 6.0 g/L - 3.34 g/L
    • 17.2 gallons = 65 L
    • 172 grams of malic acid
  • Add 172 grams of malic acid
